Electrochemical detector
The EC Electrochemical Detector (ECD) is specifically designed to perform HPLC analysis for PET (and other applications) that customarily use this type of detector.
The electrochemical detector keeps the column and flow cell (separation and detection) at a very accurate and stable temperature. The ECD is equipped with ADF (Advanced Digital Filter) technology and a new generation of the electrochemical flow cell. This solution reduces the signal-to-noise ratio and increases the sensitivity.
As with all LabLogic products, LabLogic designed the EC detector to meet regulatory requirements. Therefore, the lack of front panel buttons means that the operator cannot change any approved method parameters. This control is made possible by Laura for PET software, which includes a full audit trail. The electrochemical detector is part of LabLogic’s leading PET solution and can operate as a standalone instrument or as one of the modules.
